An associate’s degree is just one step away from a bachelor’s degree, which is just one step away from being a licensed teacher. This session will provide information for individuals interested in degree completion and entering the classroom as a teacher.

Don't let the fear of finances stand between you and your teaching license. Join us to learn about financial support for degree completion and licensure preparation programs.

Follow Your Heart's Calling (6:30-7:00)

Do you have your bachelor’s degree and just can't shake that tug to become a teacher? Join this session to learn about routes to becoming a licensed teacher and the support provided along the way.

APPEL a Day  (7:00-7:30)

(Site Facilitators at ARESC, CRESC, GRESC)

An apple a day was once a token of appreciation for teachers, now APPEL is a pathway to licensure. Join this session for information about the Arkansas Professional Pathway to Educator Licensure (APPEL), a two-year program that prepares you for licensure and classroom practice.
